Between 1736 and 1738, Christoph Ludwig Henrici had the Hall built. As general tenant he managed the royal municipalities of Uckerm\u00fcnde and Torgelow.
 
It was named \u201cFerdinandshof\u201d in 1737 by King Friedrich Wilhelm I. In the middle of the 19th century, the Prussian War Office moved into the domain, and until 1945 it became a depot and training facility for Remounts (provision of fresh horses for military purposes). In 1907, Benno von Creytz took over the estate. After the end of WW II., the estate was turned into a federal farming operation and a stud farm. The Hall was renovated in 1983 and used to housed young labourers.
 
Extensive renovations started in 2002 and were finished in 2014, commissioned by the parish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After 1990, responsibility for the listed monument lay with the municipality, who undertook extensive clean-up operations. A storage building burnt down, further outbuildings are used by the fire brigade, a youth club, the Volkssolidarit\u00e4t (People\u2019s Solidarity, a welfare organisation for the elderly). One stable was turned into a private residence.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

After the reconstruction, the Diakonie nursing service moved into the listed monument. On the lower floor, the mobile nursing service and a day care for elderly people are house, three apartments and rooms for longterm care are located at the top.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
