Jagow Hall is located between Prenzlau and Woldegk, and was first mentioned in 1243. It has been the seat of the von Jagows for centuries.

Today only a well-fenced ruin bears witness to the former splendour. After an devastating fire in 1991, the castle was left to decay. The farm buildings opposite are privately owned and are being lovingly renovated.
